The Webex admin content team is searching for a curious, adaptable technical writer who flourishes in a fast-paced environment.
We build content that makes it easier for administrators to set up and manage Webex services for their users and customers.
What you'll do:
- Use DITA-based authoring tools to originate, edit, and publish help content for Webex administrators.
- Work with lead writers to identify the best way to structure content.
- Research, test, and validate new content while writing.
- Partner with the product teams to get details about features.
- Follow our style, brand, and writing guidelines.
- Follow our team’s established processes.
- Consistently deliver your best quality content on time
Who you'll work with:
You’ll be partnering with our global team of product managers, engineers, customer success managers, content strategists, information architects, graphic designers, and other technical writers.
- Demonstrable experience of writing technical help content, preferably for SaaS products.
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly to support administrators or a similar technical audience.
- Experience working in a continuous deployment and agile environment where content needs to be updated regularly and rapidly.
- Experience creating structured and reusable XML content, ideally within DITA.
