System Analyst

Aspira are looking for a System Analyst for a permanent role for an healthcare client. The role will primarily provide L2/L3 support for  systems including Power BI, Trax Document management, Courier Systems, eFax, Cisco UCM, UCX, eQMS, WorkVivo, Wordpress and help deliver any enhancements required as set out or agreed by the Business following review.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Application support outside the remit of the Business systems manager role Writing, review, and approval of validation SOPs and documentation
• Train staff members on the correct use of computerized systems as requested in line with protocols and regulations
• Work closely with Business Systems Manager and Systems administrators to ensure the systems are performing in line with the expectations of our internal and external customers
• Serve as liaison between 3rd party vendors and the Business in relation to support and development requests
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT related business requirements are signed off Backup subject matter expert on SAP and other business application functionality
• Provide support to the testing teams during the planning, preparation, and execution of and review of project test phase.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Business or Computer Science or similar disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a Supply Chain environment (B2B and B2C)
• Ability to engage with the Business to drive efficiency through better reporting and
• Use of data assets
• Experience in Project Management methodologies
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT Technology roles
• Experience with Power BI products
• Experience with Document management systems
• Experience in ERP type system implementations and support
• Business and System analysis and strong documentation skills
• Analysis development experience in SQL/.net an advantage
