HubSpot is looking for a Success Solution Architect to support our rapidly growing Success department. In this role you will work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal services teams to become a product expert, identify technical opportunities and remove product roadblocks in our customer base. You will present solutions to customers in partnership with CSMs and recommend remediation/growth plans that include internal technical services, self-service resources and/or HubSpot’s partner ecosystem. Success in this role is determined by your ability to drive key usage and adoption indicators as well as aligning customers with the ideal technical solution.
In this Role you’ll get to:
- Become a HubSpot product expert and technical subject matter expert
- Proactively identify adoption, integration and technical architecture opportunities for customers and partner with CSMs to make recommendations for customers to grow with HubSpot
- Guide customers in removing roadblocks by proposing technical solutions and connecting customers with internal and external services resources to execute on those plans
- Participate in proposals, making workload estimations, and work with Technical experts to define a technical project approach.
- Work cross functionally with Onboarding teams, Professional Services, Support and our Partner ecosystem
- Drive critical KPIs including integrations, usage, engagement and services and partner attach rates
To excel in this role you will need to have:
- Experience in a customer-facing, account management or technical services role
- Comfort with customer escalations and experience setting expectations, being challenged and remaining calm under pressure
- Expertise is explaining complex, technical concepts to business users
- Experience working cross-functionally and balancing stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical partners at all levels in the organization
- Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
- Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can provide strong examples of how they have achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
- Super organized, quick learner who works well under pressure
