Your role as Software Product Lead will be to manage the team of developers & drive the development of their product requirements. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership & team development skills, and be able to take responsibility for ensuring the teams have the correct tools and skills to work as efficiently as possible. You will also be expected to serve as a technical leader for the software team, display great communication skills, technical capabilities and have a willingness to learn attitude.
