My client, a medical device company based in Galway is looking for a Software Engineer to join their technical team.
The role will focus on the design and implementation of their UI (user interface) and signal processing.
The ideal candidate would be open minded, proactive and a team member, and will report directly to the CTO.
Previous experience in the medical device industry isn’t necessary, competitive salary on offer.
Responsibilities:
- Define, design and test highly usable and responsive interfaces
- Work alongside Engineering and Management teams
- Support the full development life cycle
- Design and implement rich user experiences
- 3+ years technical engineering experience or a PhD in biomedical / electrical / electronic engineering
- Bachelors degree in biomedical / electrical / electronic engineering
- Experience with C and OpenGL is essential
- GTK, MATLAB, Python, Git
- Experience in an ISO regulated industry would be desirable
