The Purpose of Your Role

Workplace Investing’s Salesforce Chapter works across our global delivery team in Ireland, India and the US.  Your squad is focussed on growing the Salesforce platform and delivering a stellar experience for thousands of Sales and Relationship Managers across the US.

The Value You Deliver

  • Engaging Salesforce solutions using standard configuration capabilities as well as custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex for desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborative working relationships with the Business as part of a global Agile team of architects, analysts and developers using Scrum.
  • Input into overall technical architecture and change management process.

The Expertise We’re Looking for

  • Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
  • 3 or more years’ development experience with 2+ in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

The Skills You Bring

  • Demonstrable experience with Apex OOP and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Superb communication with a customer-centric mind-set.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience crafting and consuming Web Services (SOAP/Rest).
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
  • Programming skills in HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript beneficial.
  • Experience with ETL applications, data structures and querying languages a plus.
