BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 6+ years of Software Development experience
· 6+ years of experience as a development leader or manager building and leading strong engineering teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Deep hands-on technical expertise; prior experience as a software developer or software development manager preferred
· Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a track record of shipping software on time
· A passion for people management and mentorship
