About the Role

Spanning Dublin, Canada & the US, our team is responsible for the UI platform technology used across the full suite of Workday products. Our platform is mission critical, scaling to support some of the worlds' largest companies running their businesses on Workday. 

We are now looking for a Manager, Software Development Engineering in the UI Platform, Authoring pillar. This role will focus on empowering a full-stack team of developers and QA to innovate, deliver and deploy UI Authoring tools which will enable product teams to build the end-user facing layers of Workday products at scale.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing agile software development teams
• 5+ years experience developing full-stack and/or front-end software
• Experience leading and coaching engineers in cross-functional agile teams ranging in experience from graduate level up to seasoned professionals
• Built and shipped complex software products, while constantly striving for continuous improvement
• You demonstrate clear decision making abilities, and can make reliable judgment calls.
• You are proactive and are able to deliver on initiatives that you start

Other Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Experience with development of UI creation software a plus
• An interest in or experience with UX would also be a plus
