Software Development Engineer (.Net/Remote)
Our client is an innovate Irish owned software company with state-of-the-art offices based in Dundalk. This company continue to grow and expand their dynamic team and are currently looking for a Software Development Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
They require 2+ years' experience in C# ASP.NET MVC Development. This person can be based anywhere in Ireland as it is a remote based role.
The main responsibilities will be developing, maintaining and supporting C# services and applications to integrate their ERP systems with their ever-growing portfolio of web products via REST, SOAP and Webhooks.

What will a Software Development Engineer do?
- Work within their evolving Agile process and across our .Net and .Net Core Web Applications.
- Collaborate with the client-side development teams in building our state of the art web client technology.
- Support other company departments – Project Management Office, Customer Success Office, Sales and Marketing.
- Contribute to their internal hack days where we design and build new tools and features to improve how they build.
- Planning and managing own time and work.
What does the Ideal Candidate look like?
- 2+ years' experience in C# ASP.NET MVC Development.
- RESTful/JSON (synchronous and asynchronous) Knowledge.
- Familiarity with Agile patterns and practices.
- Experiencing writing Unit Tests.
- Experience with SOAP an advantage.
