About the Role

As a JavaScript Engineer/XpressO Developer you will:

• Develop applications, REST APIs and services in XpressO framework
• Contribute JavaScript code to the Analytics and Data Discovery UI components
• Works with a team of fellow UI engineers, UX designers and Product Managers
• Test, measure and improve the quality of UI experience delivered to business users

Product & Team:

• Stories proprietary “Storyteller” software is bedrock of Workday’s Augmented Analytics platform
• The platform delivers automated analyses of People, Finance and any structured data to business users without a need for a human analyst
• Our automated analyses are presented to users in simply consumable and narrative stories
• We are team of 60+ software engineers and data analysts sitting in Prague and Dublin.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years programming experience
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with some version control system(s) - i.e. git
• Experience with CI/CD tools, i.e. Bamboo or Jenkins

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of BI/analytics/visualization/dashboarding tools is a plus
• Experience with software security
