We are looking to hire a Support Developer that investigates issues with the SAP Analytics Clouds products for customers based in European Economic Area (EU + Iceland, Lishtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).
SAP Analytics Cloud is a single cloud solution for business intelligence (BI), enterprise planning, and predictive analytics. You will be part of team split across Paris and Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Your role will be to process tickets already investigated by first level support, and for which a deeper analysis is required, like traces and code debugging.
• You role will be to identify the root causes of these issues, in order to provide a solution, or plan a code fix. If required, code fixes will be done in cooperation with SAC development teams, especially for teams located outside Europe (Canada, US, India, Korea, …).
• You job implies close collaboration with Product Support and Development teams, as well as direct contact with our customers.

• Experience and knowledge with working with Web technologies 
• Cloud and Web infrastructure working knowledge
• Experience working as a developer (JavaScript required, Java welcomed)
• Some exerpeience in working with customers
• Team spirit, and an Analytical thinking
• Prior experience working with tools such as: Git, JavaScript, Node.js, npm
• Extensive experience in fist level support or development support
