Our Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing platform & engineering team. You’ll work in a collaborative Agile environment using the latest in engineering best practices with involvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for design, implementation, configuration and support of the software product; including specifying, provisioning and operating our cloud infrastructure. You will primarily develop on Google Cloud Platform and other technologies such as Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, BigQuery, Kafka, Airflow, and Python.

What the stack looks like:

• Our platform runs on GCP and AWS, fully orchestrated by Kubernetes
• We use Terraform and helm to deploy and manage platform components.
• Our data pipeline is built on Kafka, GCS, BigQuery and Airflow
• And the underlying code written in Python and Go

What you bring to the role:

• Collaborate with different teams to build and support new integrations to unlock our data extensibility for our internal teams
• Strong programming and automation skills in Linux/Cloud environment
• Ability to quickly master new technologies
• Strong passion and experience in troubleshooting, debugging sophisticated systems and possess excellent problem-solving techniques
• 3+ years of software development or DevOps/DataOps experience
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, occasionally interrupt-driven environment that includes geographically spread teams and customers
• Experience in developing and operating high-volume, high-availability environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux, GCP or AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
• Good command of Python or Go.
• BA/BS degree in Engineering, CS, or equivalent
