Sage is continuing to transform its digital experiences globally and the WCO (Web Conversion Optimisation) team play a significant role in driving this transformation. The team is responsible for delivering roadmaps of optimisation tests to increase conversion/revenue on sage.com. Our Front-End Developers play an integral part in bringing the Sage brand to life through cutting edge experience design on sage.com and associated properties globally. This role will manage a team of talented Front End Developers and external Development Agencies to deliver experiments to Sage.com through Maxymiser. This role will have responsibility for establishing processes to support regional priorities and manage external delivery partners. We currently use some scrum methodology for our processes and continue to develop our processes to ensure best in class experiences for our customers.
•Take ownership for the technical delivery for our experimentation programmes ensuring high quality, timely delivery for our regional priorities.
•Establishing processes and working patterns to support our core regions in terms of technical requirements for experiments.
•Work closely with the Senior Experimentation Manager and Senior QA Manager to create roadmaps for optimisation for our core regions.
•Lead a team of 5 experienced Front End Developers to ensure the team are focused on priorities and supported to deliver their goals.
•Manage our external development partners to ensure quality delivery, budget management and timelines achieved.
•Develop relationships with Key Stakeholders including XD and WCM teams
