This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to work with a leading software solutions provider as they develop their IT development software applications. A growth mindset and thinkers would suit this role well.

You will be working on supporting and maintenance of their systems and servers, troubleshoot and investigate complex IT issues. This person will report into the development Team Lead and get to work with new technologies with. NetCore, MVC in an agile work environment. Ideally have experience working with Ansible, Terraform and Automation.

What you will be doing:

• Maintenance of systems and servers
• Trouble-shoot, investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex IT issues
• Coordinate response to system outages or faults
• Process and procedure design modification
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers
• Delivery of team and organisational projects
• Participate in on call schedule if required
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop as an individual
• Coach, guide, mentor, and support team members
• Actively participate and contribute to team and business improvement change initiatives and projects
