Senior Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be working on the CDS (Clinical Decision Support) Platform in our Quality Analyst team. Our goal of the platform is to help Doctors be more efficient and consistent in their recommendations. The appropriate employee will be responsible for story testing, test case creation, and automation creation/execution. Join us! There's never been a better time to do your life's best work

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support development teams in the Scrum process
  • Attend Daily Scrum meeting
  • Verify acceptance criteria and sign off on stories
  • Execute manual and automated test cases
  • Review test results
  • Interact with customers (Clinics)
  • Define Automation strategy aligned to Application goals
  • Should be able to build automation testing framework
  • Understands severity and priority of defects, usability, test scenarios and business impacts
  • Should be able to prioritize Features and Use Cases as per biz priority
  • Codes automated test scripts
  • Develop Expertise on one Test Automation Tool, demonstrate capability through material value add
  • Mentor team in demonstrating their capability through expertise in writing complex scenarios, critical defects etc.
  • Innovative and qualitative approach with strategic thinking to problem statement

  • Strong experience in the quality space
  • Ability to work with Rally and AHA
  • Strong experience working on Scrum teams.
  • Strong experience working with API’s
  • Strong experience working with UI automation tools
  • Experience creating test cases from requirements
  • Experience working with the customers

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, CQL, and FHIR shorthand a plus
  • Experience with Selenium, Ready API, Soap, postman or equivalent
