Senior Programme Manager

Aspira is currently looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join us in a long term engagement with 1st December start.

It is predominantly a remote opportunity with ad hoc visits to the offices therefore a successful candidate needs to be in Ireland throughout the duration of the engagement, which is initially 12 months.

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for working on a number of key strategic projects that are being undertaken.
Key deliverables focus on leading and managing ICT programmes from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of leading and managing programmes of work that align strategic objectives and tactical demands; demonstrating a clear ability to roadmap how successful transformational programme delivery, ensuring a holistic enterprise wide approach to customer service delivery, to enhancing effectiveness, reducing costs and utilising the capacity and information created to deliver even better services
  • Experience of vision development and requirements gathering (UI/UX, Functional & Non-Functional) for service impact and all designs elements. Demonstrate how Capabilities, Value Steams, Customer Flows and Processes are managed to support the future Customer Journey.
  • Experience with managing risks to ensure successful outcomes on large business transformation initiatives involving significant business architecture changes and service development changes during the Design, Development and Test phases
  • Experience to guide Business Analyst/Designers to align to business architecture for the UI/UX, Functional Non-Functional Requirements and design guidelines
  • Knowledge of the use of project management tools such as Cora and business architecture tools such as Abacus
