About The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Internal Tools team, you will be helping Udemy simplify and integrate its business processes using Pega. We are a global business with millions of customers, ranging from consumers to large enterprises. Our internal tools are crucial to providing high-quality service to our learners, our instructors, and our administrators.
We want to supply our internal teams – sales, support, finance – with high-quality and responsive tools to enable them to be effective. Some of these tools cover routine operations, such as managing course refunds or onboarding a new enterprise customer; while some cover extraordinary operations, such as responding to internal and external site outages. The business process work will be done in collaboration with other engineering teams that work in domains that include payments, application security and fraud.
