About Our Team
We’re Marketing Technology team of 30 people located in Boston, Barcelona and Prague collaborating with teams across the globe to design Vista's next generation marketing and digital advertising technology platform, building services and tools that help the marketing team bring millions of users to our website.
What You Will Do:
- Actively explore new tools to automate and increase the operational efficiency of marketing teams, and together with them, define and execute the MarTech strategy and roadmap and promote company-wide tooling and automation.
- Lead the MarTech stack covering Marketing Automation, CRM/CEP, DMP, CDP and Ad Tech, and establish relationships with MarTech providers.
- Collaborate with the internal Marketing Platform technology team on assuring technical standards, security, and integrations with the Applications & API.
- Liaise the Data & Analytics team on integration of data products and predictive analytics models into a combined Technology & Data platform.
- Lead cost-benefit analysis for integrating 3rd party software versus building them in-house and executing Proof of Concept validation tests.

- Have shown experience in a similar position leading, integrating, and developing MarTech systems (Automation, Attribution, Adtech, Tag Management, CRM, DMP/CDP, Segmentation, etc), and excellent understanding of latest technologies in the MarTech space and MarTech Architecture.
- Great data driven experimentation, automation, and personalization of digital user experiences and experience with a wide range of digital marketing solutions and platforms, to establish a long-term vision of our future needs and provide a clear roadmap.
- Are comfortable getting into deep technical discussions and can collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing partners, and assess business & technical trade-offs.

- Have strong communication skills.
