About the role:

You will be working on building Azure with Angular 9 and 8 to deliver prior authorization to admit people faster and manage cases for level of care. Within the team, we will have Software Engineers who are hands on and able to do coding and SDLC and deliver. There will be 1 UX/UI Engineer.  This is a hands on technical role, needs to be highly technical who guide and mentor the team- 50/50% hands on/team management. Will run scrum calls and processes. Primary Responsibilities

• Implementing API and data streaming capabilities, engineering telemetry solutions, building cloud deployment platforms, and working across fully automated stacks in a CI / CD ecosystem
• Implementing the datasets framework which is a means of defining, collection, discovering data and using policy as code to describe assets, underlying data and auditing and applying row column permissions in run time in an automated manner
• Architecture, Design and Implement product features in collaboration with IT stakeholders
• Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions
• Engineer innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
• Implement best practices and coding standards of the project
• Ensure their team delivers value to customers
• Guide their team with company values. Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so
• Reviewing the decisions, the team makes to ensure consistency and alignment with the vision
• Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end
• Lead the team successfully and set targets and expectations for the team
• Work on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at project level
• Create and implement risk mitigation processes and conduct security audits to determine weaknesses in applications
• Maintaining the project technical vision clear for everyone, from beginning to end
• Mentoring team members

• Proven software engineering experience writing API’s using core Java (utilizing frameworks like Spring Boot, etc.)
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies e.g. Angular 8/9 or Greater , Typescript ,
• Proven experience with GraphQl,
• Proven experience of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, XL Deploy/XL Release, etc.)
• Experience of leading and coaching teams
• Experience with engineering platforms at scale in public and private clouds
• Experience of working within an agile environment
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Data streaming experience with Frameworks like Kafka, etc.
• Experience with container technologies (e.g. OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
• Experience in Snowflake, Protractor
• Azure is highly preferred
