The Workplace Solutions development team designs, develops, implements and supports Web Development for the NetBenefits application
The Team
The Fullstack role is to work with another developer in Dublin as part of a development squad based in the US. The Fullstack role is to deliver retirement related product.
The Value You Deliver
· In helping your team deliver on their sprint and quarterly committed goals to production.
· You will be a valued member of an Agile Squad using all parts of the process in 2-week sprints
· Define and ensure compliance to standards and best practices for UI, application and service tier development including design patterns, change management, release management, & source code control.
Take responsibility for ensuring certain tasks in the software life cycle are completed
The Expertise You Have
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· At least 8+ years' industry experience in a software engineering capacity
· Enjoyed working on an Agile development team in previous major projects
The Skills You Bring
· You can bring extensive experience with Java, Spring, RESTful services.
· You can bring experience using the Angular framework (preferably Angular 8).
· You can bring extensive experience with web fundamentals like HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
· You can bring extensive experience building responsive web applications.
· You can bring experience using Git and other SCM platforms.
· You can bring experience in CI/CD / DevOps tooling capabilities
