As a Senior Analyst within the Pricing Quality and Analytics team, you'll help with building out our automated quality processes and pricing analytics which supports the drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client contract As you do, you'll find that you can make a real impact while enjoying the resources, backing and opportunities that you'd expect from a Fortune 6 leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automated QA processes supporting pricing processes leveraged by Client Contract Management
  • Engagement with pricing stakeholders(business and technical) and collaborating on automation and QA projects.
  • Provide analysis on pricing accuracy to support innovation in our pricing strategies
  • Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data analytics)
  • Technical skills including basic SQL, MS Excel, Tableau (other BI tool)
  • Solid experience with any of the following: Python (preferred) or R
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience and experience working in large group project settings
  • Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
  • Ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin office is required
