My South Dublin based client is currently looking for a Senior Cloud Developer – AWS/ Java who has recent experience working on Cloud and Java product architecture/ development.
The successful candidate will be working on creation, enhancement and maintenance of innovative SAAS products together with delivering high-quality solutions.
Package:
Salary €80-90k per annum, 10% Bonus, Pension, Life Cover, healthcare, 25 days leave, Flexitime, car parking. Home working
Job Responsibilities
- Involve in Full Development life cycle from receiving the requirements till deployment stage.
- Work closely with the solution and technical architects, business analyst and product managers to collect the technical requirements
- Work as a Full Stack developer in creating and maintaining of application and tools.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- At least 5 years Java development experience.
- Worked on Cloud Projects
- Good Experience working on cloud native webapps, knowledge on AWS and AWS instances – e.g. some of EC2, S3, SQS, DynamoDb, SWF, RDS, OpsWork
- In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Java, AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, R, Python.
- Experience working in a Spring Framework
- Excellent customer service and technical skills.
- Good Communication skills.
Desirable Skills - Expertise in Cloud Automation methodologies and scripting
Educational Requirements - BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent software development experience
