Role Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered by multiple Scrum teams in the EMEA, APAC and AMRS regions. As well as coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (i.e. Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives), managing dependencies for the team, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress the Scrum Master will be tasked with enabling continuous improvement within the team by promoting and coaching the Agile mind-set and principles, empowering the team to become self-managing and fulfil their cross-functional potential.
Helping the team define norms/agreements, like Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforcing these agreements is a key aspect of the role. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for ensuring the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
The Team:
The successful candidate will work in the Credit Risk Technology team and will be contributing to some of the most significant risk projects in the organisation. The team operates in a highly agile environment with global teammates in Ireland, the UK, India, Hong Kong and the US.
The Team supports credit management, limit management, credit analysts and credit data quality personnel in their day-to-day activities and the successful candidate will have regular exposure to these business partners.
The team are passionate about Continuous Professional Development and avail of regular training time weekly as well as having dedicated training days on a quarterly basis.
