Our Dublin based client is looking for a Lead Test Architect to assist in the effective management of the test architecture and automation over the span of the lifecycle within the company.
Role Responsibilities:
The Candidate will be responsible for:
- Performance management and recruitment.
- Quality Assurance in line with industry best practices
- Utilizing software engineering practices and architecture to deliver on project objectives.
- Designing QA frameworks
- Meeting the content and quality standards that are expected.
Educational requirements:
- Recognized 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related course.
- Advanced ISTQB Certification
- 10 years plus experience in a technical role and 3+ years as a QA test lead
- Previous experience setting up test automation frameworks and a working knowledge of testing tools.
- Working knowledge of DevOps/Agile practices
- Operating in Agile/ Scrum based teams.
- Proven ability if delivering a high standard of assurance and architecture work.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English
