We are assisting an exciting, privately owned FinTech SaaS provider expand their software development capability delivering on an expansive roadmap of new features and global client requirements.

Purpose:

Collaborating with colleagues (Developers and Product Owners) and Customers to design and write robust high-quality code utilising best practices and technologies including Kubernetes, AWS, Docker and more as well as becoming a subject matter expert on our client's platform.

Responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to designing high performant solutions both technical and non-technical
• Code complex backend product features
• Continuous Integration and testing

Ideal Profile

• Degree in Computer Science or related
• Strong Python coding expertise, minimum of 2 years recent commercial enterprise application coding experience
• Django / Flask
• Databases & Message Queues
• Cloud service providers and Services (Lambda, EKS, ECR)
• Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• HTTP and socket services, REST and RPC APIS, OpenAPI
