PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
As SAP Mission Control Center, we protect, prevent and accelerate to maximize customer success. Taking the lead to resolve problems when something goes wrong is all in a day’s work for the SAP Mission Control Center. We are a global organization delivering 24/7 support for over 400,000 SAP customers every day of the year.  
 
The SAP Mission Control Center helps to protect implementation or upgrade projects and operations, prevent and mitigate risks and accelerate both the adoption of SAP software and return on investment for our customers. With a deployment-agnostic, end-to-end hybrid support portfolio, we ensure a harmonized and transparent on-premise and cloud adoption experience. 
The Cloud Reliability & Engagement unit within the SAP Mission Control Center drives programs and initiatives to improve SAP’s cloud incident and escalation management tools and processes and supports the SAP-internal and external communication for major cloud incidents.  
We are looking for a talent with experience in project/program management who is eager to support global programs and initiatives with high visibility. 
 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support program manager with strategic and operational planning
  •  Contribute to program roadmap creation
  •  Track program deliverables and ensure timely completion
  •  Manage cross-organizational communication with stakeholders (program team, management, development, operations, sales/field etc.)
  •  Prepare and update regular program and management reports
  •  Support enablement, content creation, and validation activities
  •  Independently drive (sub)projects

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Master’s degree, preferably in business, computer science, or information engineering - ideally a combination
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and willingness to learn new applications
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ideally more languages
  •  Willing to work in an international/global setup
  •  Reporting and analytical capabilities, flexibility, and focus on results
  •  Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation, and affinity to structure
  •  Open-minded personality and a solution-based approach to problem solving, enthusiasm, team-orientation, creativity, and flexibility
  •  Experience in SAP’s cloud business and/or an affinity to tool and application development is a strong advantage
