What we're looking for

As a Product Designer for our Mobile team, you will take a system oriented approach to define the vision for the user experience of our mobile-centric conversation SDKs (iOS, Android and Unity) and mobile apps. You will work on the end-to-end messaging experience and collaborate with other designers in the space to ensure an efficient and consistent experience across all platforms and devices. Your role will be essential to the success of Zendesk as a conversational CRM platform with a leading and differentiated customer experience.


You will get to collaborate with distributed teams across AMER, EMEA & APAC.

What you get to do every single day

Partner with the product & engineering teams to research and develop new conversational capabilities for our customers.

Design interaction models, flows, wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products.

Work closely with a Lead Product Designer in a collaborative fashion to help realize the product vision

Present your ideas to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

Contribute to maintaining and evolving our centralized conversation design libraries

Live and breath messaging, thinking about how conversational experiences can transform end-to-end customer relationships for leading brands around the world.

3+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications (Enterprise or mobile product is a plus)

Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience

Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity

A strong visual portfolio that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs that you have developed from start to finish

Nice to have -  Experience working on conversational or platform-based products.
