As a Senior Product Manager – Services Infrastructure, you will be closely aligned with technology, business and UX to advance our platform offerings, specifically in the areas of service infrastructure and cloud platforms. Your responsibilities will include being responsible for the strategic product vision for the platform and infrastructure layers across the product suite. You will also be expected to craft platform's the vision into a product roadmap and drive the execution of the roadmap. You will be evangelizing the solution to internal and external audiences.
About You
You will drive the product life-cycle from outset to delivery. This includes acting as product owner on one or more scrum teams. The role will see you becoming the subject matter expert on the product for the company and provide domain expertise in support of sales and partner opportunities. You will be collaborating with engineering, cloud operations and UX teams to provide the input needed to guide the product development effort. A Product Manager is expected to develop business cases as needed for major new product initiatives and support the professional services team and partner organizations to help implement the product.
We need someone who can prioritize product requirements for new features based on inputs from internal teams such as Cloud Operations, Provisioning, and Support, as well as by conducting market and customer research. The new team member will work with product marketing to ensure alignment with external communication in terms of target markets, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and key benefits.
