The successful candidate will work with different departments to help drive the company to an efficient payroll process as we continue to grow and expand as well as manage numerous office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
  • Managing electronic timekeeping systems
  • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
  • Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department on other non-payroll projects
  • General office administrative duties
  • Relevant experience in a similar role and company preferred
  • Experience with growth-stage technology companies
  • Highly quantitative and analytical
  • Data Entry Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
