Our client is looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join their existing team on a 6 month contract with the potential of being extended. The role is based in Dublin with the option to work from home.
The Role:
- Maintaining and administering networks and related environments including systems software, applications software and configurations.
- Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer systems.
- Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
- Experience using network analytics / diagnostic tools
- CCNP Certification required
- Experience with Firewalls; Checkpoint; Cisco ASA
- Detailed networking protocols required (HSRP, OSPD, QoS)
