- Surface opportunities and strategically align with peers or stakeholders to positively impact business goals.
- Contribute to the betterment of team infrastructure (process, templates, training, etc.) that will help the team scale globally and be more inclusive, efficient and impactful.
- Be accountable for the quality and outcomes of your work and your team’s work.
- Previous experience managing remote and international team members.
- Experience with localization of brand and design.
- Experience with accessibility in design.
