  • Capable of influencing key stakeholders to foster better alignment and drive new programs forward.
  • Thoughtful, clear, and transparent in all forms of communication. 
  • Able to actively listen to the needs of the team, remove blockers and balance providing direction with inspiring independence.
  • Adaptable and will thrive in a constantly changing and ambiguous environment.
  • Empathetic, curious and have a strong desire to give both our internal team and customers a frictionless and delightful experience.
  • Data and research driven and can analyze findings to make decisions that benefit both our team and our user’s experience.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment for the team to openly share and contribute new ideas.
  • Hire and develop diverse talent.
  • Effectively provide feedback, both positive and critical, to their team on a regular basis.
  • Serve as a coach and a leader helping to build the skills of the team so they are able to achieve their career goals and surpass those set within the company.
  • Advocate for our brand’s values, consistency of our design and the experience of our various audiences.
  • Surface opportunities and strategically align with peers or stakeholders to positively impact business goals.
  • Contribute to the betterment of team infrastructure (process, templates, training, etc.) that will help the team scale globally and be more inclusive, efficient and impactful.
  • Be accountable for the quality and outcomes of your work and your team’s work.
  • Previous experience managing remote and international team members.
  • Experience with localization of brand and design.
  • Experience with accessibility in design.
