The ideal candidate will come from a managed services background with experience across a wide range of technologies, supporting multiple sites.
The chosen candidate will hold an EU Passport, a Stamp 4 or Stamp 1G Visa.
- Good all-around knowledge of Windows Operating System, building/configuration.
- Ideally, have experience with gathering requirements - Come from a managed services or consulting background.
- Previous experience working with VDI technologies such as Citrix or VMware.
- Experience working with Office 365 environments.
- Citrix/VMware/Microsoft Certificates are a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making, prioritization, and organisational skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
