My Dublin-based client has a brand-new opportunity for a Lead Frontend Developer to join their expanding team. You will be contributing to the company’s R&D function, creating new features and solutions for their proprietary software that will be used by an international customer base. Candidates must have strong commercial experience in both JavaScript and React.
All employees in the company are currently working remotely and will offer a flexible / hybrid working model, post-Covid, when it is safe to do so.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, maintain, and support the frontend architecture for innovative web applications.
- Collaborate with team leads and designers to translate business and technical requirements into functional business applications.
- Mentor junior team members and assure work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Make recommendations and implement new technologies that will enhance the product delivery.
Experience Required
- At least 5+ years’ experience in frontend development
- Must have acted in a Senior Engineer role for frontend solutions
- Strong experience with JavaScript and React is essential
- Proven track record of building APIs
Technical Skills

Educational Requirements
- Third level degree in Computer Science or another related field (or equivalent experience)
