The Aspira IT Services team are responsible for internal ICT operations within Aspira as well as delivering support and project services to Aspira clients.  This encompasses all activities from the provision of support, onsite client services as well as delivery of selected projects internally and to clients. 

This is a new role in our ICT Team that requires a strong general technical background relative to the Microsoft cloud tools and applications (O365 etc.), general networking and desktop support.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to client sites as well as work internally on Aspira IT operations.

Location:           Cork / Dublin

Role and Responsibilities

• You will support internal and client users with day-to-day ICT needs (troubleshooting, new deployments etc.)
• You will partake in the implementation, and support efforts for client next generation infrastructure, platform and communication solutions which are based on best-in-class technology platforms.
• You will have a focus on learning and developing skills to achieve technological and career advancement
• You will maintain an intense focus on the client; understanding client challenges, disseminating that back into the organisation, and constantly looking for ways to solve them.
• You must be passionate about solving the toughest technology challenges in delivering complete solutions that will solve problems that have yet to be fully formulated.

Technical Skills:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 3+ years of experience in ICT operations
• Strong technical ability in some or all the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Desktop Infrastructure solutions
  • Windows infrastructure (Server)
  • Office 365, InTune, Azure Information Protection
  • Networking (Azure and general networking covering switching, VPNs etc)
  • Server technologies
  • Other business communications and collaboration platforms

Education / Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should have a BS or BA, or advanced degree in computer science, engineering or related field or relevant work experience.

OR

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional / similar certification
