My Dublin based client are recruiting for a IT Engineer (Level 3) to join team on contract basis. This role will be initially a 12 month daily rate contract to cover Maternity Leave and the candidate will be working within a team of 4 IT engineers.
Job Responsibilities
- Level 3 Engineer primarily for Project Delivery & Level 3 Support Escalations
- They have both local server solutions (Vmware cluster) & cloud based servers in Azure & AWS
- Most servers sit on Microsoft with a few Linus boxes
- The majority of the client devices are HP laptops with a few Lenovo/HP Desktops
- Cisco is the main switch/firewall technology
Experience Required
- They have both local server solutions (Vmware cluster) & cloud based servers in Azure & AWS
- Most servers sit on Microsoft with a few Linus boxes
- The majority of the client devices are HP laptops with a few Lenovo/HP Desktops
- Cisco is the main switch/firewall technology
- Veeam is used for Backups
- Microsoft365 is managed globally via the States
- Most technology changes/upgrades, new products & services are driven from the States and rolled out on a project by project basis locally
