My Dublin based client is recruiting for a IT Engineer Level 1 this will be initially a 12 month daily rate contract with a view of 3 years work with the company.
Job Responsibilities
- There will be 35 – 50 users of IT equipment
- Access to Apps & Data will be through secure VPN connections to hosted servers in the UK and probably Azure
Experience Required
- There applications are all based in the UK and there are no local servers
- The majority of the client devices are Desktops
- Cisco Meraki is the main switch/firewall/WiFi technology
- RF handhelds will be used in the warehouse with a high dependency on WiFi
- The main IT support company is based in the UK and our IT Contractor will take instruction from them and will be supported by them
- Initial training for the IT Candidate will also be given by the UK Support company
Essential and Desirable Skills
