IT End User Services - Service Manager

About the Role

The Service Manager is also the People manager of a hard-working, diverse, distributed team who strive to deliver outstanding results. You will also get to enjoy building positive relationships, collaborating with our outsourced vendors and Workday business units to delight our customers. As Service Manager you have the ability to inspire change and affect how our workmates are supported day to day by

  • Ensuring our outsourced partners continue to deliver top class high touch support to workmates in EMEA and APJ
  • Have global delivery and budget responsibility for supply chain lifecycle of laptops, peripherals and mobile devices
  • Drive service excellence and improvement programs across End User Services team globally
  • Collaborate and partner with other product owners across IT and our business units and be the voice of our workmates ensuring they have the best experience they can

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in life cycle of supply chain management
  • 5+ years experience running large budget lifecycles
  • 5+ years ITIL Experience

Other Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of finance
  • Excellent people manager always looking to develop and encourage the team
  • Confirmed experience in running outsourced partners to deliver shared outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully run third party relationships
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate and be agile in all aspects of the role
  • Expert in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
