We are currently on an exciting Cloud Native journey, and we are now beginning an exploratory journey to investigate how HCPs can further enhance and accelerate our business needs into the future. We will be starting with a small team to build strong capability and knowledge in HCP, so that we can help shape the future of our organisation.

You will
Ensure that our Hyperscale positioning, and way of working are defined for OSS. This means responsibilities such as
- Ensuring that Ericsson offers an outstanding, leading-edge cloud-native OSS solution within Business Area Digital Services. This needs to align with BNEW on their Cloud RAN journey.
- Ensuring we have a clear technical strategy on how HCP can accelerate our OSS business offerings and help shape that strategy.
- Ensure that this solution be adaptable to a variety of different deployment models, including carrier-edge platforms, enterprise-edge platforms, and hyperscalers and collaborating with Product Line regarding product/solution evolution and feature roadmap,
- Adopting microservice cloud-native paradigms and continuous integration / continuous deployment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience leading internal/client-facing projects to completion and working with teams with varied strengths to deliver
- Have cloud deployment technical knowledge; to both lead the domain but also to build trust to drive it in a good direction and more specifically strong competence in HCP technologies
- Experience architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture while also having the ability to zoom into specific areas.
