You should have: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related discipline)
  • An innovative mindset with a passion for technology
  • Interest in how technology systems can support the needs of the modern workplace
  • Strong, effective communication skills, both written and verbal (including fluent English)
  • Ability to build relationships with client staff and your BearingPoint colleagues
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Systems analysis and design skills
  • Software development skills:

- Experience in Java and/or Microsoft technologies

- Experience in web/mobile/Saas development

  • Knowledge of Design patterns
