An opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service professional with strong technical acumen to join a global software product company. You as Global Support Executive will own the relationship with a key client and provide system administration and support. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Support professional with strong technical skillset and client facing skills.
Responsibilities:
- System administration/support activities to user base of the client system
- Guide users in functional use of the system
- Provide clear understanding and guidance on the system
- Manage the key relationship with the global client
- Requirements:
- Good, strong experience in a client facing/customer focused role
- Effective communication skills
- Strong technical skillset or ability to learn quickly
- Previous experience in a system support role
- Salary 30-35K depending on experience
