Global Support Executive

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service professional with strong technical acumen to join a global software product company. You as Global Support Executive will own the relationship with a key client and provide system administration and support. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Support professional with strong technical skillset and client facing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • System administration/support activities to user base of the client system
  • Guide users in functional use of the system
  • Provide clear understanding and guidance on the system
  • Manage the key relationship with the global client
  • Requirements:
  • Good, strong experience in a client facing/customer focused role
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong technical skillset or ability to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in a system support role
  • Salary 30-35K depending on experience
