You will be responsible for: 

• You will work in a highly collaborative team environment and be required to actively participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including estimation, design, coding, testing, peer review, planning, and innovation activities. 
• You will provide first-class software support, diagnose problems quickly, and deliver quick turnaround, quality software updates where needed. 
• Technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing in the team.

What do you need to succeed? 

• Full Stack Development experience. 
• 6+ years experience with Java (Springboot) using an Agile software lifecycle including TDD, pair programming, short release cycles. 
• Must have extensive experience designing and developing RESTful API's. 
• Strong experience working on a distributed cloud-based micro-service architecture. 
• Previous experience building microservices to be deployed in a cloud-native based containerised environment. 
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes or Openshift
• Exposure to NoSQL database technologies such as Cassandra
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills with a proven track of achievements and innovation. 

You can stand out if you have... 

• Experience as Full Stack Development using ReactJS or Angular 
• Apache Druid or other time-series database 
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow or Deeplearning4j 
• Machine learning platforms using Sagemaker or Azure machine learning
