Front End Developer

We’re looking for an experienced front end developer to work across our digital platforms in EMEA. Working within the EMEA Marketing team, you’ll be focused on our go-to-market SMB and Enterprise facing websites in the UK, Poland and the D-A-CH region, using the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You’ll also work with our FI teams to support our banking services websites.

Your key stakeholders will be the EMEA SMB marketing team, the Enterprise marketing team, as well as your counterparts in the US. The core part of your role will be implementing change to our websites in various forms as well as ensuring a strong email development process is followed. This will involve content authoring, integrations such as those with our forms and CRM, through to being involved in projects such as our upcoming UK brand migration and creation of a new EMEA focused enterprise website.

You’ll collaborate closely with the platform owner in the US and their wider team to deliver continuous enhancements of our web presence in EMEA, driving delivery of new features and functionality.

Reporting into the VP Marketing, EMEA, you will work with other members of the marketing team across EMEA (UK/Poland/Ireland) to ensure delivery of marketing objectives and a collaborative approach across the region.

What you will do

  • Own the front end development of our EMEA websites and emails, enhancing the functionality and user experience – collaborating with other stakeholders such as counterparts in other regions or agencies where applicable
  • Manage the integrations with our website and email platforms to our CRM systems and other marketing technology integrations
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team to deliver our marketing roadmap
  • Work with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target to deliver updates to our websites that enhance user engagement and conversion
  • Contribute to the delivery of the brand migration project of our UK website as well as our EMEA Enterprise website
  • Develop and deploy new sites on the AEM platform across the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with the wider Digital team in US, platform architect and development team

Our Hiring Process:

  • You’ll meet with members of the EMEA marketing team including the VP of marketing. You’ll also meet with the team in the US who owns the CMS platform
  • Profound knowledge of front end web development, including but not limited to CSS, Javascript, HTML
  • Proven record of delivering website projects using the Adobe Experience Manager platform
  • Experience working with Adobe Target and proven record of successful utilization of the tool to drive conversion & user engagement
  • Experience in implementation of various digital marketing technologies: Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Google Tag Manager & Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Analytics & others
