Enterprise Architect Integration

As an Enterprise Architect Integration, you will be responsible for the development and governance of Enterprise Architecture for the entire CCH ecosystem with respect to integration between system applications, products and platforms. You will be coordinating Enterprise Architecture activities at the group and country level in the Integration area. 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the long term architecture plans are in sync with the wider Enterprise level roadmaps across both core technology (e.g. cloud, network, data, integration) & the other functional areas (e.g. Commercial, HR, etc.)
  • Promote and drive collaboration across the solution architecture community by couching and mentoring other Architects
  • Search for areas where cost reduction opportunities may be available, such as cases where workflow may be duplicated across departments or sectors whose processes may be diverging from strategic vision. Eliminate duplication as far as feasible.
  • Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize Enterprise information management resources to stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies
  • Continuously scout for solution opportunities aligned with strategic drivers, or with exceptional disruptive or other value to the Enterprise
  • Conduct development and analysis of alternative solutions by determining relevance with the enterprise roadmaps and business plans
  • Recommend improvements to existing architectures working with research companies, within networks and with vendors and benchmarks to identify relevant innovation
  • Own and evolve Architecture principles that are kept up to date with changes and opportunities from evolving technology and vendor offerings.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years in the architecture domain
  • Experience working with enterprise wide solutions in the classical IT environment and meeting today’s digital integration needs.
  • Expert in designing and implementing integration solutions within ERP, CRM, SFA, Mobile, Web, Cloud and IoT
  • Proven Architecture skills, knowledge and experience of a formal Enterprise Architecture framework such as TOGAF, certification desirable
  • Strong skills, knowledge and experience working in an Agile, DevSecOps, Platform and Product orientated environment
  • Experience working as architect on multiple complex deployments involving enterprise grade solutions such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform, MuleSoft and other integration technologies
  • Experience securing and managing APIs via MuleSoft API Manager.
    Experience with the entire API development lifecycle from design & build to governance & management
  • Must have experience with integrating with SAAS solutions like SAP C/4 Commerce and Marketing Cloud, MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Cloud ERP, commercial, customer services, finance, supply chain and Manufacturing applications
  • Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC, EST, SOA, EAI, BPM, integration patterns, etc.
  • Proven success in delivering Enterprise wide solutions from evaluation through to successful Go Live.
  • Strong project management skills, knowledge and experience with assessing and introducing capabilities & solutions that are architecturally sound
  • Strong vendor management skills, knowledge and experience in vendor selection, contracting, collaboration.
  • Strong CPG/FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in two or more of the functional areas (Commercial, Supply Chain, HR& PAC or Finance & Legal). Proficiency in at least two of the sub-areas listed.
