10+ years experience in web service development

3+ years experience in leading engineering team

An understanding of and appreciation for Agile delivery 

A deep understanding of and appreciation for well-tested code

Excellent mastery of web standards

Experience with Full stack development

Experience publishing mobile applications to App stores

Previous experience with AWS or other cloud platforms in production settings.
