Job Description
A PQ/PD Field Service Engineer responsible for providing a first-class service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. They will be responsible for installation & commissioning of new products, preventive maintenance and product repairs
* Working to high levels of safety standards implemented and aligned with MESH, Eaton's Zero Incident Safety Culture as well as national
guidelines and procedures – including the reporting of any near misses & observations and ensuring all Eaton safety processes are adhered to.
* Fault diagnoses on UPS/PD systems
* Communicate with key stakeholders on a technical level
* Act as lead engineer for projects and new installations
* Work with Project Managers on any new project: commissioning/installation
* Leads and manages any breakdowns and repair activity until completion
* Taking responsibility of all administration tasks including, preparing RAMS, arranging switching schedules, completing Engineer Field
Activity Reports (EFAR)
* Leading and managing any warranty works that may occur on site
* Attending site meetings when required* Support other Field Service works as required (Commissioning/Preventative Maintenance)
* Travel between customer locations across UK&I
* Flexibility to work weekends if required
Education level required HND or Equivalant Years and area of experience required 10 Years + Technical knowledge 10 Years + Soft skills 5 Years +
