ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As a B2B Senior developer within eCommerce  team,  you will lead & coordinate the work within dev team, prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle, review, test and debug dev team members’ code 

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work very closely with Solution Architect on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture.
• Develop most complex cross-system requirements
• Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
• Review, test and debug team members’ code
• Collaborate with B2B DevOps Team especially with Tech. Product Manager and Solution Manager on analyzing business requirements and splitting them in Backlog Items, providing sequence and effort/Story Points estimation.
• Contribute to automation of all manual tasks for the building and deployment of both code and data in order to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks.
• Drive innovation and improvements for solutions, knowledge and ideas to improve the B2B DevOps delivery process.
• Aware of new technologies and solutions in DevOps & Development methodologies
• Prepare and provide recomendation for the capacity and needs of B2B Development Team
• Ensure and monitor development service performance

• University Degree in a relevant area
• 3+ years of IT Experience in the development of customer systems across multiple technology domains.
• Strong skill base in front and backend open web development technologies including:

o   Designing, building and testing Java EE applications

o   JavaScript framework (e.g. React.js, AngularJS) 

o   Experience in the Spring Framework

• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD)

o   Mobile technologies (Android or OS) will be considered as an advantage

o   Abap development knowledge and experience will be considered as an advantage

• Strong quality-based ethic including testing and deployment practices.
• Ability to analyze and critically assess problems.
• Ability to see the big picture as well as giving attention to the smallest detail.
• Good FMCG Commercial business process awareness and experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris) will be considered as an advantage
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• English proficiency
