Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage work from strategic vendors on outcome-based model
• Complete and implement good governance model with all relevant stakeholders and efficient governance model with all relevant stakeholders
• Be accountable and responsible for driving and fostering an inspired and highly motivated teams
• Interact with diverse internal and external audience and require to interpret complex information with in Pharma Manufacturing domain
• Provide effective collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, managing technology relationships with various stakeholders across geographies
• Oversee Business Global scope for all Manufacturing IT solutions across 30+ manufacturing sites
• Strategize on project technology needs in alignment with changing business priorities
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing IT solutions in Pharma domain with good exposure of MES (Werum PAS-X, GMT/Atlas)
• 10+ years of experience managing large teams and portfolio of Solutions delivery/operations in Pharm industry
• Technology savvy. Willingness to embrace new technologies and adapting to the constantly changing manufacturing technology landscape
• Effective at critical incident management, drive process improvements towards increased production efficiencies. Experience working in diverse technical teams, global stakeholders (Infra, eCompliance, ISRM), Business partners
• Has experience in past working on project/program delivery and leading production operations teams. Strong and effective communicator with experience in stakeholder management
