You will be responsible for the delivery of new capabilities across multiple product lines, contribute to the overall technical strategy, cultivate a high-performance environment, coach people to support their growth and oversee continuous improvement efforts.

Deep knowledge of leading multiple teams, building products using agile methods

• Strong delivery focus, concentrated on meeting commitments and delighting customers

• Excellent people leadership and development skills

• Strategic thinking to maximise value delivery to the business, working with technical and product stakeholders, particularly with architecture, to influence decisions and direction

• Ability to solve any issues that may come up on the team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade

• Ability to work with a distributed team and know how to effectively build a cohesive team identity
