We are looking to hire experienced systems, release or software engineers with a strong sense of service ownership, ability to contribute to design and quickly absorb solutions, empathy for customers, excellent communication skills, a drive for continuous improvement, and the technical skills, decision-making skills and experience to diagnose and debug customer issues. Candidates with the right skill set will also have the opportunity to design and develop customer-facing solutions. The technology stack we work with is broad, and includes kubernetes, terraform, jinja2 as well as public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP and Azure.
The HDPS Customer Success team is distributed across North America, IST and DUB.
