DevOps Agent

As an agent of the Developer Operations Team you will be responsible for checking compliance of apps with our Client platform and developer policies. You will review apps and process requests for different workflows and products. Experience working in a similar operational or a technical support capacity is desirable Understanding of apps and app development is desirable. Previous experience in a Product/Application Support and Testing is desirable. 

Responsibilities  

  • Review apps against platform guidelines, implement policies for non-compliant apps, review appeals from developers 
  • Process requests received in the different workflows and meet targets on Quality and Productivity 
  • Take quick decisions 
  • Take enforcement actions for non-compliant apps  
  • Determine and resolve issues with excellent level of accuracy  
  • Propose suggestions and insights to identify areas for improvement which can benefit our Client and increase Apps compliance 

Schedules: 

Monday to Friday with flexible starting time between 7am and 9am 

One Saturday and one Sunday to cover every month. 

Qualifications

Required Skills/Competencies/Experience 

  • Have a passion for Apps, social media platforms and service 
  • Graduate or High School Diploma (Computer Science, Information Technology) 
  • Passionate about compliance in social media 
  •  Understanding of apps and app development. Previous experience in a Product/Application Support and Testing is desirable
  • High Attention to detail, work ethic and ability to work well independently and as part of a larger multinational team 
  •  Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at the same time 
  •  Motivated, takes initiative, high energy 
  •  Familiar with MS office  
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written skills 
  • Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new functionality, changing policies) 
  •  Problem solving, critical thinking skills, intellectually curious
